Pure Essential Oil Blends

These are pure essential oils to be added to a diffuser or a cotton ball.

DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN, unless recommended by a certified Aromatherapist.

For best storage keep in the refrigerator.

Blends:

So Sleepy: Lavender, rose, geranium, roman and german chamomile.

(This blend promotes sleepiness. For best results diffuse at least 30 minutes before laying down for rest.)

Citrus Mint: Lime, lavender, spearmint and sweet orange.

(This blend is energizing and uplifting and could promote a positive mood.)

Happiness: Cedarwood, bergamot, peppermint.

(This blend promotes happiness.)

Into the Woods: cedarwood, pine, fir, vetiver, juniper, cypress.

(Take a walk in the woods with this blend of woody essential oils.)

Lemon Lavandin: Lemon and Lavandin.

(This blend promotes energy and purifies the air.)

Like the spa: Lavender, eucalyptus.

(This is a crisp clean blend of lavender and eucalyptus. This blend reminds me of walking in through the door of a spa.)

Bergamot Pine: Bergamot, pine.

(This is a blend of citrus and pine. Bergamot is commonly used in Early Grey tea. Pine is commonly used for purification and cleansing.)

Uplifting: Bergamot, lavender, ylang ylang.

(This blend of essential oils promotes happiness while also being relaxing and calming.)

Lavender Bergamot: Lavender, bergamot.

(This is a blend of lavender and citrus. This is an ultimate relaxing blend.)

Refreshing: Bergamot, pine, eucalyptus.

(This blend is a mix of citrus and mint. This is a stimulating blend that also helps purify the air when diffused.)

Floral Blend: Rose, lavender, geranium, ylang ylang, jasmine.

(This is a mix of different flower essential oils.)

Lavender Spearmint: Lavender, spearmint.

(This blend is a mix of mint and lavender. Spearmint is safer for children and pets than other mints.)

Thieves: Clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, lavandin.

(I add Lavandin to my Thieves blend to help round out the spice from the other essential oils used in the blend. This blend is commonly used as a disinfectant and may be helpful during the cold and flu season.)

Minty Fresh: Peppermint, spearmint, rosemary.

(This blend is everything minty.)

Focus: Peppermint, rosemary.

(This blend helps promote focus and attention span. I diffused this blend often while studying for my certificate in Aromatherapy.)

Fall: Sweet orange, cinnamon, clove.

Harvest: Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg.

Winter: Lavender, peppermint

Winter Bliss: Peppermint, bergamot, fir needle
